Meal Plan 03/26 - 04/01

Another busy week and successful meal planning. Without this weeks plan I'm pretty sure we wouldn't have eaten! We were constantly on the go!

Our new meal Enchilada Rice that we tried last week was a HUGE hit! We didn't even have any leftovers. And it was sooo quick and easy! My only change would be to double the rice. My phone is acting up right now, so I can't take pictures. Hopefully I'll be back to posting recipes soon.

Baseball is in full swing... 4 days a week! Thankfully I love being out at the ball field. Our field is out in the middle of no where, surrounded by trees. It makes you feel very relaxed and a bit disconnected. It forces you to slow down. And luckily the weather has been great for sitting outside.

This week our meal plan will be just as important!

Here's the details:

Toast, Eggs, Waffles, Cream of Wheat

PB&J, Lunchmeat Sandwiches, Leftovers

Hard boiled Eggs, Cake Batter Chocolate Chip Cookies, Cantaloupe & Honey Dew

  2. I love making things with crescent rolls - our latest was rolled up pizza bites. The chicken recipe sounds great! (And I have to check out that enchilada one too).
