My Meal Plan 03/12 - 03/18

This past week has been crazzzy! We now officially have 3 kids in baseball. Three kids on 3 different teams and schedules is definitely going to produce some scheduling conflicts, but we're going to try to figure it out. So far, so good.

We also opened our church's 2nd campus this Sunday, where my husband is the Campus Minister! It was so exciting to be apart of and meet new faces! We had about 140 people. The building itself can only hold about 185, so we'll probably be going to multiple services quite soon. We're excited about this new chapter in our life and look forward to seeing what happens next!

Last week the meal plan didn't go quite as planned. We did eat at home, just not always what was planned. I'm still going to call it a success! This week should be a little easier, because now that the church is opened my husband will be home more (and not finishing construction).

Here's the details:

Breakfast:
Toast, Make Ahead Egg Sandwiches, Cereal, Cream of Wheat, Freezer Waffles, Cereal

Lunch:
Lunchmeat Sandwiches, PB&J, Tuna Sandwiches, Leftovers

Apples, Clementines, and whatever else I buy

  1. I know this is a crazy time of your lives, but it's so much fun to be busy with your kiddos. The busier I am, the more organized I am. This time will pass quickly! Have fun! Enjoy the ride! Greg did great on Sunday. I saw you holding him up with your arm around him. Behind every great man is a great woman holding him up. Ha Shelley
